Six Sigma Green Belt Training Courses and Certification

Green Belt is the first level of training that helps develop the critical skills necessary to participate in successful Six Sigma projects.

Green Belts are people who work on simple process improvement projects. Your job typically requires less than 50% of your time to focus on Six Sigma projects. However, Green Belt roles and job requirements will vary from company to company.

A Green Belt certification is ideal for those tasked with improving existing processes or for organizations looking to reduce errors or cycle time in their processes. These could be processes that are not standardized or do not have established metrics.

There are no prerequisites for the Green Belt program. The White, Yellow Belt and Green Belt BootCamp syllabi are covered during this training.

At the end of this training, attendees:

They will acquire the knowledge obtained in the White, Yellow Belt and Green Belt BootCamp training
Six Sigma projects will be selected
They will mobilize a Six Sigma team and organize their work
They will competently use statistical tools to analyze process metrics
Complete Six Sigma projects using charts, process maps, prioritization tools, and control plans

There are no prerequisites for our Green Belt programs. Attendees will receive two certificates, one upon successful completion of the training and another certificate upon successful completion of an actual process improvement project, which will designate individuals as internationally recognized Six Sigma Green Belts.
