The Lean Fundamentals Virtual Seminar consists of 3 training days of 6 hours each day.

This seminar is taught LIVE online by one of the experienced Lean Masters and gives participants the opportunity to ask questions during the training. This 18-hour program provides the necessary skills to use Lean methodologies and will help you decrease expenses, reduce cycle times, increase process output, increase employee engagement and improve results in all types of processes, including Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Office and Operations.

There are no prerequisites for our Lean Foundations program. Attendees will receive two certificates, one upon successful completion of the training and another certificate upon successful completion of an actual process improvement project, which will designate individuals as internationally recognized Lean Agents.
