Black Belt

Black Belt training is offered through two options.

The first option is for participants who hold the Green Belt certificate or certification . This is our 2 week Black Belt program.

The second option is our 4-week Six Sigma Black Belt training, which includes two weeks of Green Belt training and two weeks of Black Belt training. 6gima.us and SixSigmaEspanol.com were the first organizations to offer the 4-week Black Belt option. The 4-week Black Belt program is offered to those with no prior experience who wish to earn a Black Belt certification.

The only prerequisite for the 4-week Black Belt program is a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The 2-week Six Sigma Black Belt training requires the individual to hold the Green Belt certificate or certification.

Minitab software is required for this level of training. You can choose to download the free 30-day trial or purchase the deeply discounted 1-year version of Minitab software at the time of enrollment. Note: Minitab software is compatible with Windows. You can run Minitab software on a Mac using Apple Boot Camp or desktop virtualization software.
